ADMINSTRATIVE FUNCTIONS

• Prepare all necessary work or purchase orders in the course of his duties to maintain and manage the property and as and when directed by the CM.

Job Description

1. Boarding fee management

• Liaising and coordinating of Boarding financial processes with internal and external stakeholders, including Ministry of Education (MOE).

Medical Claims Officer

You will provide oversee medical claims of patients and provide general administrative support to the department.

Job Description:

· Oversees hospital and doctor's fees billing upon patient's discharge.

Responsibilities:

1. The ECO shall pay attention to earth control measures and silt control of the Worksite including site checks and submission of reports on alternate days or more frequently if required.

2. ECOs shall use the checklist provided by QECP to carry out the ECM checks. The ECO shall review the checklist and ensure that the ECM is adequate. ECOs shall also highlight problems relating to ECM to QECP so that reviews to the ECM can be done timely.

3. The ECO shall look out for conditions/situations in construction site which causes environmental health problems. He should report these conditions/situations to the occupier of the construction site together with recommendations on remedial measures to be taken to prevent recurrence. The main areas where the ECO should pay attention to are:

· disease-bearing insects and rodents;

· proper disposal of construction waste/marine clay;

· noise, air and water pollution;

· earth littering;

· siltation of drain;

· food hygiene in canteens;

· proper maintenance of septic tank(s)/holding tank(s), chemical/portable toilet(s) and other sanitary facilities; and

· any other environmental health matters.

Job Description

1. Support the Relationship Managers in operational duties related to clients' account servicing and transactional services including account opening and maintenance, credit application, investment transaction and banking instruction.

2. Attend to clients' instructions and queries timely in professional manner.

The CCO role is broad and complex and would suit an experienced commercial lead that can apply commercial rigour and cadence to the core aspects of the sales process as well as manage marketing and communications activity and direction and the supporting pre sales and solution architect experts. All of these functions need to be united in lead generation activities for the express purpose of helping the company achieve its revenue targets and profitability goals.

(1) Technical knowledge:

Data science and data management are at the core of everything we do, consequently a working knowledge of master data management, cloud-based platforms and the principles as well as application of AI are key. You should be adept at being able to take technical outcomes and approaches and position these in C level conversations and engagements to simple business benefits and value.

Also as a major industry focus is Financial Services, you need to be able to show a demonstrable FSI vertical knowledge and active and usable network to elevate existing engagements to the C suite.

(2) Sales management and operations:

This role sets the sales cadence, approach, priorities, targets, bonus schemes and drives the campaign approach of which supporting departments and profiles are to do what to achieve the common goals of the campaign.

Many of the sales profiles are younger in their career goals so a strong coaching mentality and ability/ willingness to step in and personally lead the more complex and high value 7 figure deals is critical.

You should be comfortable managing remote and matrix teams of up to 15 with multi discipline skillsets and departments and managed to a common or singular goal.

Campaign management, sales training and coaching, value based and solution based selling expertises as well as forecasting, market mapping and pipeline call management are all routine.

(3) Thought leadership and market presence:

ADI is still making its presence felt in its key target markets of Singapore, Malaysia and Asean as a consequence the CCO is expected to maintain an active market persona speaking frequently at roundtables, panel discussions and various AI and FSI market events to get the message out and convert these engagements to follow on sales opportunities with delegates, attendees and speakers.

Candidates should be able to demonstrate a recognisable market presence and persona and be adept at utilising that to the company’s revenue and new client acquisition goals.

(4) Management:

As a key member of the Exco you will be expected to provide go to market strategy plans and approaches as well as report accurately on quarterly targets, pipeline health and forecast as well as deal closures from across the business. You will be able to manage a team of sales profiles, pre-sales and solution architects, domain expert consultants as well as operations and marketing professionals seamlessly.

• Develop a qualified pipeline of 3x revenue goal of 6.5 MUSD
• Manage a partnership overview to track and manage our partner engagements as well as ensure that we can rank our partners by tangible metrics (revenue, co-promotion, joint GTM etc)

• Design, tweak and implement a client discovery process (needs finding, impact, and value of end solution) across our key or high growth potential accounts.

Global Financial Crimes (GFC)

Coordinates day-to-day implementation of the Firm's enterprise-wide financial crime prevention efforts. GFC has responsibility for governance, oversight and execution of the Firm's Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Sanctions, Anti-Corruption, Anti-Tax Evasion, and Government and Political Activities Compliance programs.

Primary Responsibilities

The Sanctions Compliance Officer (SCO) will be responsible for providing economic sanctions related business and programmatic advice in support of the Morgan Stanley Global Sanctions Program, including oversight of APAC based businesses.

The SCO will be part of a team of financial crimes specialists collectively responsible for compliance and regulatory matters pertaining to economic sanctions programs adhered to under the Firm's Global Sanctions Policy, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), His Majesty's Treasury of the United Kingdom's Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation (OFSI), the United Nations Security Council (UNSC), and the Council of the European Union (EU Council), as well as regional regulatory authorities including but not limited to, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, China, Australia, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, and South Korea.

Specific job responsibilities include:
> Assist in the ongoing development, administration, and implementation of the Firm's economic sanctions compliance programme, including assisting with the ongoing iterative uplift of program specific control frameworks
> Address sanctions related queries from first line risk, business and operations groups with respect to sanctioned products and related risks, including CMIC related inquiries and sanctioned product queries from regional business and risk groups
> Work with GFC business advisory and legal teams to provide written and verbal communication on sanctions-related issues to the lines of business; performing and reviewing highly sensitive client and transaction search information; reporting, escalating and documenting results
> Maintain awareness of regulatory changes related to economic sanctions, ensuring proper communication and timely implementation of new procedures and/or enhanced due diligence programmes in compliance with any change in laws and regulations
> Provide periodic review and maintenance recommendations for APAC specific sanctions control environments in conjunction with first-line business risk groups
> Develop, recommend, and implement risk-based processes and controls to ensure business unit compliance with economic sanction, especially emerging regimes and programmes
> Develop content for and deliver specialized training to relevant internal audiences concerning economic sanctions for both in-person and Firm-wide online training modules
> Coordinate with the Risk Assessment team on the yearly economic sanctions Risk Assessment
> Review and investigate escalated payments and/or transactions identified for potential matches to sanctions lists; ensure prompt handling and response
> Conduct ad hoc due diligence projects arising from the administration of the economic sanctions program
> Assist with responding to regulatory exams, inquiries and audits

Qualifications

> Strong academic credentials.
> Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Crimes Compliance or related functions, preferably at a large/complex financial institution, law firm, or government/regulatory body.
> Detailed understanding of the laws, rules, regulations and industry best practice pertaining to economic sanctions, in particular the sanctions programs administered and enforced across US, UK, EU and APAC jurisdictions.
> Ability to understand and assess a wide variety of complex commercial transactions.
