Responsibilities:

• Provide enforcement support for Workplace Safety & Health (WSH).
• Identify and assess potential risks arising from workplace conditions or work processes.
• Ensure all work practices comply with the company’s safety policies and the WSH Act.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a WSHO, preferably in LTA and tunneling projects.

Job Description:

• Manage all admission processes, including evaluations, scholarships, matriculation, and visas.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth application and handover.
• Prepare and ensure accuracy of admission documents, including offer letters and agreements.
• Conduct data analysis and report on admission statistics to internal stakeholders.
• Assist with orientation, recruitment activities, and other events, and provide administrative support as needed.

Requirement:

• Diploma and above
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT), with Excel analytics skills as an advantage.
