Job Description

• Managing inventory and warehouse equipment.
• Overseeing the production of goods to meet timelines and standards.
• Coordinating processes with all departments and point persons involved.
• Creating reports and analyses for reporting to management.
• Optimising transportation and delivery processes.
• Managing conflicts such as equipment malfunction, bottlenecks, and client complaints.

• To maintain and keep track of calibration of equipment used during analysis
• Conduct regular checking / inspection to ensure buildings are always maintained to a good condition
• Carry out sampling and stability testing.
• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on M&E services & installation for the building, which includes but not limited to general handyman work in fitting, installation, electrical wiring, plumbing, painter, carpentry and etc.
• Supervision of conservancy / building and ensure that all maintenance & repair works carried out by term contractors are properly done / complete on time
• Responsible for client’s satisfaction, attend to and investigate any complaint on maintenance and service works
• Assisting the client’s Management Team in emergency control where situation arise
• Perform QC checking, sampling and routine analysis of in-coming raw material.

Job Requirements:

• NITEC, Higher ITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Engineering field
• Able to work on shift duty including weekends and public holidays
• Able to work independently with less supervision
• Able to work under pressure condition
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and computer literacy
• Work locations include SMRT Mandai Depot or other MRT stations
• Able to start immediately or within a short notice
