Responsibilities:

• Assist in office facilities and maintenance requirements by scheduling, assigning and follow up with vendor/ contactors on work progress;
• Undertake and oversee office renovation projects and work with various vendors/ contractors to ensure completion;
• Assist in enhancing office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and safety equipment’s procurement;
• Recommend any improvements to reduce cost or increase efficiency of the facilities services;
• Responsible in the general office management like yearly carpet and office cleaning service
• Assist with Building Management FSM to conduct and coordinate fire drill - CERT exercise
• Support Production and Engineering departments on facilities maintenance, not limited to yearly disposal of expired chemical and damaged equipment under the compliance procedure
• Track and update planned preventive maintenance schedule. Manage quarterly/ yearly renewal and compliance of necessary building and facilities permits and inspections
• Organize and maintain proper facilities management documentation and records
• Provide Office Admin support

Requirements:

• GCE ‘0’ Level or above
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
• Proficient in MS Office software
• Bilingual in both English and Mandarin
• Possess good interaction skills and able to communicate with people at all levels
• Strong coordination and multi-tasking skills
• Able to work fast pace environment and complete assigned tasks within schedules
• Willing to do hands-on work such as packing, checking and organizing stock items

Job Description:

• Report and assist Project Manager (PM) on public relation programme in relation to meet the project(s) goals;
• To deal and manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on all press and public relations matters related to the Contract;
• To give advance notice to the public through distributing pamphlets, letters and other publicity materials approved by the authority prior commencement of the work;
• To explain and brief the public, residents, occupiers in the vicinity and proximity of the works on the impact of the construction activities before each construction stage;
• To arrange and attend meetings on public relation matters with project team where necessary;
• To ensure that work schedules pertaining to road closure, traffic diversions, etc. are put up in advance to inform the public in order to minimize any inconvenience to them during the construction period;
• To provide periodic updates and disseminate information to the public in relation to the construction works;
• To prepare a monthly report to update on the feedbacks and complaints received and the respective actions taken against them;
• To promote and maintain a good relationship with the public before and during the full period of construction; and
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in any field with 5 years’ working experience as a Public Relations Officer in the construction industry

· Lead a fast-paced IT team that is responsible for managing internal & external stakeholders’ relationship in achieving common outcomes and stretched goals.

· Perform, review and enhance business and IT systems & processes as part of continual improvement.

· Establish the related key performance indicators (KPIs) and work with the business units & appointed vendors to track & monitor them accordingly.

· Champion initiatives and work with appointed vendors & related vendors in implementing IT infrastructure/ Applications.

· Communicate with internal & external partners and perform proper project & change management to ensure deployments meet technical, functional, performance and business requirements.

· Work closely with various stakeholders, both internal and external, to develop in-depth business & operational insights using various analytics tools.

Promote a strong reliability culture by partnering with application development, data engineering, security, and architecture teams to identify and resolve operational problems.

Requirements

• Degree in the IT field with min 6 – 8 years of relevant working experience in the related technical domains and industry. Part of it should be in an end-user environment, preferably in established organisations with customer-fronting business critical IT systems.
• Broad experience and understanding in enterprise IT solutions
• Strong analytical, project management and communications skills, and self-motivated.
• Expertise in data centre management and data governance
• Required to Travel Once a month to offices in ASEAN
