Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the Senior HSE Manager, the main functions of the role will be to assist SHSEM in developing, implementing and monitoring consortium HSE program and policies

• The Purchasing Officer (Site) is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

Quality

• Make orders for construction materials and other items as requested.
• Ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Ensure all delivery orders are in accordance with PO and verification of DO for preparation of payment.
• Call for quotations and sources for new suppliers if need and recommendation of award.
• Follow up on complaints on product quality.
• Process and generate PO/RO
