Jobs Scope:

• Adhere to all operational procedures and compliance standards.
• Act as the main contact for delivery, shipment, and customer inquiries.
• Manage system transactions for receiving, order fulfillment, and shipment planning.
• Coordinate with customers and transporters to resolve daily issues and meet delivery/collection requirements.

Requirements:

• Registered as a Resident Technical Officer with BCA/IES/ACES.
• At least 6 yrs experience in A&A works (healthcare institutions.)
• Able to work after working hours if required by the client and can take time off accordingly.

Responsibilities:

• RTO shall supervise the construction related works and ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the project specifications.
• RTO shall possess adequate knowledge and experience to carry out supervision and inspection of the construction works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by client
• RTO shall review all authority drawings for any discrepancies and missing details and to highlight findings to client.
• RTO shall ensure that contractors/ sub-contractors carry out their works in compliance with Codes of Practices, regulations and requirements of building authorities and government agencies.
• RTO shall conduct progressive inspections to ensure that works are carried out complies with quality standards and requirements.
• RTO shall monitor progress of the works on site and report delays to client immediately.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Organize monthly employee sports and recreational activities
• Develop promotional materials for employee activities, such as posters and email notifications

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (15+ years) in a senior leadership role within a technology or R&D-focused company, with a track record of driving technological innovation.
• Strong technical background, preferably with hands-on experience in research, engineering, or product development.
• Advanced degree in a related technical field (e.g., PhD or Master's in Engineering in Laser application, Computer Science, Physics, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and scale R&D efforts in a high-growth environment.
• Strong business acumen, with experience managing P&L, fundraising, and stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
• Experience in fostering innovation and building a culture that supports high-impact research.
