Job Description:
This role involves ensuring the efficiency, safety and compliance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC) systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, elevators and other mechanical infrastructure.
Plan, manage, inspect, compile service reports for routine maintenance for M&E systems
Prepare quotation via schedule of rates for any repairs or new works
Attend to fault calls for emergency/ critical M&E systems
Provide support in project works
Attend meetings as arranged by superior
Required to make frequent site visits to government sites (this is not a desk bound job)
