* co-ordinate with customer on rejected goods issue
* preparation of Customer's Complaint Form, replacement/refund arrangements

4. Follow-up with customers on spools, cases and antistatic boxes return

5. Follow-up /Update of Monthly Overdue payment

6. Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock
Reconciliation

7. Co-ordinate between company and overseas Branches on Credit Application/Renewal

6.General clerical duties, including e-filing, compilation of reports as and when required

7. Undertake any other duties that may be assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

• Air-freight related experience.
• Japanese Language skill is preferred to communicate with Japan counterpart.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous and attentive to details, sensitive to numbers, multi-task and able to work in fast pace environments.
