As a Conveyancing Support Officer you will handle various administrative and support tasks related to property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Preparation: Assist with documentation, and other legal related documents.
• E-Lodgement and E-Filing: Perform electronic lodgements and filings with relevant authorities.
• Client Communication: Correspond with clients, developers, bankers, law firms, and government agencies.
• Reports: Prepare and manage status reports, ensuring timelines are met.
• File Management: Maintain accurate records and archive files appropriately.
• Support Tasks: Assist conveyancing secretaries and lawyers with various administrative tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing support work is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, MS Word, quick and accurate typing speed, attention to detail, and good interpersonal skills.
• Polished Professionalism: Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and decorum in all interactions.
