• We are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide support to the Global Head of Group Resilience. This role will coordinate and manage business support, scheduling and preparation of materials. The individual must interact seamlessly and professionally across a broad range of stakeholders including close collaboration with T&O MT EAs. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effective and timely diary management
• Manage agendas, prepare materials and track action items for various meetings and committees

Travel Management

• Arrange flights based on best travel timings and within the Travel Policy

• Review T&E submissions on behalf of MT and ensure that expenses are in line with the T&E policy

Programme Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare Overall Schedule based on programme information.

• Support in conducting orientation to newly appointed associate lecturer.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma / Degree holder in any discipline with 1-3 years of experience
• Assist in events and orientation 2-4 times per year
• Good team working skills and a flexible approach to delivering team results.
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize own work independently to achieve agreed results and, at times, under pressure.
• Good Oral and written communication skills and ability to liaise and network with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills with good level of numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of higher education qualifications in Singapore and Internationally.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge and experience in using resource optimization tools will be advantageous.
• Prior experience in Private / Education Industry preferred
