Overall Job Objectives

Job Description:

• Serve as a focal point of contact for customer on aircraft status monitoring, work progression and smooth running of FH3P daily operations.
• Updating of flight schedules into WATS and ensure that all re-timed flights are manually amended in WATS
• Ensure precise and on-time communication regarding all schedule disruptions with customers.
• Generate daily flight movement report.
• Ensure that EOHFs are correctly raised for all chargeable transits.
• Collating seasonal flight schedules
• Scanning and forwarding of tech logs/fuel chits/TR check sheets to MCC/airlines
• Monitor and manage incoming telex and emails from Airlines regarding changes to a/c type, equipment, work requirements to ensure customers' requests are processed
• Follow through with differing post-flight operating procedures, depending on the airline requirement
• Send delay reports to customer MCC, update delay reports into CAMS and consolidate all reports for weekly reporting.
• Keep track of all details regarding AOG and ad-hoc requests
• Performs other duties as assigned to him/her by the Supervisor

• Job Requirements

1. NITEC / Higher NITEC, preferably in an Engineering discipline
2. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
3. Able to communicate effectively verbally in writing in standard English.
4. Able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• 'O' level / Diploma
• Able to work weekdays and weekends
• Handle walk in and phone enquiries about dance programs
• To oversee and run the operations of the studio ( eg. taking attendence, collection of fees, classes planning, etc.)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

• Conduct inspection on Soil investigation and instrumentation works
• Carry- out supervision and coordination on-site to meet the project schedule
• Conduct inspection in Installation of ERSS works, D-wall, Site Investigation, Shotcrete, Rockbolt, controlled blasting , Soil Instrumentation works.
• Carry out full-time standing supervision of Ground Investigation Works
• Maintain appropriate documentation of site work progress, instrumentation readings, and fieldwork records/logs on a daily basis
• Constantly assess the impact of the ground investigation works on site and liaise with the Contractor to mitigate any risks to dam safety when deemed necessary
• Coordinate with local authorities as and when necessary
• Shift work - Day and/or Night
• Location - Various jobsites
