The story of your journey in this role

You will be a member of the software squad which maintains LORADS3, the current ATM system used operationally by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. This includes training on repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as introducing new products by preparing training schedules and materials. The role also involves promptly tracking technical inquiries and providing remote support to other Business Centres and distributors, ensuring that all administrative documentation is accurate and complete to enhance efficiency and service quality. Roles and responsibilities:
