Reporting to the Project Manager/Engineering Manager, successful applicants will be involved in Power supply system and switching mode power supply development activities such as electrical circuit design, magnetic design, prototyping, evaluation and assisting manufacturing in BETA run of the new product.

Key Skills & Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirement to design or modify XP product to provide Added Value (AV) Solution based on XP design criteria and procedure

M&E Engineer is responsible for :-

· Monitor and report on the progress of work to project manager;

As a Package Design Engineer within the Package Development and Engineering (PDE) organization in Micron Technology, you will provide package definition and designs for advanced semiconductor devices. You will be working with a multi-functional team across several geographies to create package design databases such as package stack-up, simulation, route-study, substrate/lead frame layout, wire bond diagrams, and other design documentation.
