Job Description

• The Band 1 – Desktop Technician will provide day to day local\remote desktop support, receive inbound calls, answer questions, troubleshoot and document steps performed to resolve challenges with hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system. Quantity Surveyor

• Secure new contracts / projects, administer all project contracts
• Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities;
• Undertake costs analysis for all project trade works;
• Establish client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies with project team, perform value management and cost control;

• Undertake structural analysis, calculations and prepare design sketches and drawings indicating arrangement and design intent for a variety of building structures;
• Review and check shop drawings and built drawings;
• Attend site meetings with owners / subcontractors;
• Responsible for overall aspects of the management of subcontractors;
• Plan, work, schedule and delivery of equipment and materials to site;
• Responsible for monthly progress claims and project costing;

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
