The story of your journey in this role

You will be a member of the software squad which maintains LORADS3, the current ATM system used operationally by the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. As such, you will be supporting the program by analysing/fixing PCRs. Additionally, you will be tasked to robustify given test frameworks.

Immediate opportunities to upskill and learn the domain & life cycle of an ATM in operation will be provided via a learning mission to our AMS Headquarters in Melbourne, AUS for a duration of 6-8 weeks. Responsibilities

1. Responsible for testing risk interception strategies and functionalities. Combining risk strategies, simulate relevant scenarios, construct relevant data for testing verification, and ensure that the online effect of risk control strategies meets expectations.

Position Summary:

The Technical Project Manager, or known as Engineering Delivery Manager within Thales, is responsible for leading his team to the completion of engineering tasks within committed budgets, schedules, quality and performance for successful bids and projects delivery. He coordinates and monitors the implementation of all engineering tasks throughout the whole life cycle of a bid/project.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure engineering activities are well managed within constraints of bids/projects, approved architecture, design policy, contracts, and company quality requirements.

· Lead collaborative discussion and co-engineering between internal teams, vendors and customers to analyse, prioritise and validate stakeholders' requirements.

· Ensure that engineering scope, plans and activities satisfy customer requirements, and are delivered on time, on budget and with the required quality.

Duties & Responsibilities
The AI Engineer (Innovation) plays the role of technical lead on an industry AI project, working with a team of apprentices to build the end-to-end AI solution for a client, while supported by a project manager and AI/MLOps heads.

This role is suitable for engineers who enjoy a mix of technical development, client interaction and being the lead of a small project team.

• Assist our presales consultants to scope and define AI projects based on problem statements from clients, while applying design thinking practices.
• Lead a group of 3-4 apprentices on the development of the AI solution, applying best practices in the following areas: solution design and planning, data requirements definition, exploratory data analysis, ML model training, experiment tracking, pipeline building, containerisation, deployment testing, code repository management, and technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative field is preferred.

Job description:

As the RFFE Module design team leader, the candidate plays key design role in development and commercialization of MEMS Based RF-FE module for consumer electronics from new concept design, verification to mass production.

The successful candidate will be leading to build a multi-discipline team developing PA, Filters, LNA, RF switches and front-end modules for the high volume and fast-paced cellular handset market. Candidates will designs develop, modifies, and evaluates electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for electronic equipment and other hardware systems on a multinational team basis.

Responsibilities:

- Co-working with international team including China, Singapore and Europe on a cross-disciplinary team basis

- Design and development of RF-FE modules to meet customer’s specification and needs

- Lead and produce 4G, 5G, WiFi module design, fulfil product lifecycle from engineering and transfer to production team

- Coordinate with engineering teams globally to produce module samples

Qualifications/Desired skills:

- Track record in commercialization of RF-FE modules.

- Broad understanding of RF analog component performance characterization via Smith Chart, tuning via passives, etc

- Extremely familiar with module application in RF application and have the ability to use advanced modelling techniques to design modules

- Strong skill in EM modelling and RF simulation tools Solid background in resonator/filter design, simulation, finite element analysis, layout, and package design
