JOB DESCRIPTION

Commissioning and Trouble-shooting to the all kind of air- con system,(A.C.C.U, A.H.U, F.C.U, SPLI type , WINDOW type , PACKAGE type , AND CHILLER type) check the Electrical wiring diagram to the system.

Overhauling all kind of Compressor to the refrigeration system(Carrier (5f/5h series), Daikin(c55/c58/c74/c75 series),Sabroe(cmo 20, 30 /smc 100/bf series), Bock(f-series), York( ms/mrseries), Carlyle (06ea/06ed series), Bitzer.

Mitsubishi (MS/O6B Series) open type and semi-hermetic type).

Split type air condition installation and troubleshooting.

Package type air condition installation and trouble shooting.

Re-fabricate and modify the piping to the Condenser by brazing method.

Re-fabricate and modify the piping to the Evaporator coil & steam coil by brazing.

Retro-fittings to the refrigeration system as per Environmental free zone Freon gas.

Service report maintains, & Attendant customer feed-back.

JOB REQUIRMENT

Minimum Degree or diploma in Relevant Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of experience on the relevant field.

Must have good communication knowledge.

Must have pervious Singapore experience.

Must able to work in any shift or any timing slot.

This role involves proactive monitoring, incident resolution, and contributing to platform stability and performance.

• 3–6 years of experience in platform engineering, technical support, or related roles

• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its components.

• Hands-on experience with BMC and Control-M for monitoring and scheduling tasks.

• Strong knowledge of Moody's Risk Analytics tools.

• Advanced SQL skills for query writing, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Experience in providing 24x7 technical support for mission-critical platforms.

• Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve platform issues efficiently.

• Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices for incident, problem, and change management.

• Detail-oriented and proactive approach to maintaining platform reliability.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rotational shift environment.

Duties:

- Planning and execution of project plans at construction site

- Execute project plan and ensure works completed as per schedule and in accordance to contract specification and design drawing

- Ensure construction site fulfill authority's code of practice and comply with safety house rules.

- Handle correspondence job paperwork and submission

- Liaise with all parties involved in the project including authorities, consultants, clients, subcontractors and suppliers

- Attend site meetings and inspections, report regularly on progress and monitor schedule

- Prepare and monitor work schedules, project costing, procurement, and coordination with all partied involved to ensure work progress smoothly and completed within target time and budget

- Supervise and report progress of the work to Project Manager

- Ensuring project progress are on schedule and to meet the timeline given

- Make sure having the latest construction drawings on-site and work is constructed as per drawing given.

- Update drawing if there is any revision and to keep a updates copy in site office and head office

- Feedback to Project Manager on any issue encounter on site and proposed feasible solution.

- Any other adhoc duties assigned by Project Manager
