Responsibilities

- Project site management mainly related to RC / Steel Structure / Metal / Architectural works

1. Assist M&E/ Design Consultants in reviewing the design intend and identify system discrepancies or improve system performance if necessary.
2. Carry out value engineering to the system whenever necessary without compromising the system performance and compliance to the local authorities’ requirements / Local Code of Practices.
3. Perform Equipment selection in accordance to the engineering calculation done and approved by M&E Consultants.
4. Perform sizing and selection of the Electrical system material in accordance to the engineering calculation done and approved by M&E Consultants.
5. Liaise with the equipment suppliers and material suppliers to ensure selection of the equipment are relevant and compliance to the technical specification/requirements.
6. Prepare technical submission to M&E Consultants for approval and follow up on the comment (if any) related to the submission.
7. Work closely with the associate team members to see that overall Electrical system design development are meeting the design intend of M&E Consultants.
8. Take charge in the overall planning and execution of Electrical system Testing & Commissioning.

Responsibilities:
1. The role involves writing test cases, preparing and creating test data, executing and retesting test cases.
2. Able to leveraging on inhouse GenAI for test case creation and enrichment
3. Ensure test runs and results are completed within the given time frame.
4. Develop and execute test plans to validate software functionality against requirements and specifications.
5. Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
6. Perform functional, performance, security, and regression testing of software products.
7. Report test results and defects to the development team and other stakeholders, and work on their resolution.
8. Provide suggestions and feedback to improve the quality of the software development process across teams.
9. Stay updated with the latest testing tools, techniques, and methodologies.
10. You will work closely with the Testing Centre of Excellence (COE) to enhance testing processes and standardize testing practices across operations

Design, implement, and manage storage systems for organizations. They ensure data is stored efficiently, securely, and reliably.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and implementation: Plan and deploy storage systems, including SAN, NAS, and object storage.

2. Storage management: Monitor, maintain, and optimize storage systems for performance, capacity, and availability.

3. Data protection: Implement data backup, replication, and disaster recovery solutions.

4. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve storage-related issues.

5. Capacity planning: Forecast storage needs and plan for upgrades and expansions.

Nice-to-Have Skills

1. Certifications: Storage-related certifications, such as EMC, NetApp, or VMware.

2. Cloud certifications: Cloud computing certifications, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

3. Virtualization: Knowledge of virtualization technologies, such as VMware or Hyper-V.

4. Networking: Understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

Education and Experience

1. Bachelor's degree: In Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in storage engineering, system administration, or a related field.

A. Main Responsibilities

1 Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering matters.

2 Ensure works carried out meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements.

3 Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule.

Including prepare work plan, schedule, preparation all the related work procedure/method statement, job safety analysis, technical clarification.

4 To co-ordinate with the client, consultant, sub-contractors on all project aspects and need be, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation.

Include attending all progress meeting.

5 Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports.

6 Ensuring supervisors, foremen, workers and sub-con meets client & regulatory work requirements. 7 Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times.

8 Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

• Plan and supervise renovation, A&A works
• Experience in M&E works such as fire protection system, cooling tower, air con, etc.
• Plan and supervise building services such as cleaning, landscaping, waste management, renovation, etc.
• Conduct daily routine inspection for building/M&E facilities works.
• Ensure contractor comply with security and safety requirements for corrective and preventive maintenance works.
• Raise PR for works/services to be done by contractors/vendors.
• Perform acceptance of services completed by contractor e.g. pest control, grass cutting, etc.
• Response to emergency call including after office hours e.g. power failure, fire incident, etc.

Requirements

• Diploma in Facilities Management or Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Class 2/3 Driving license (preferred).
• Able to cycle and physically fit.
• More than 5 years’ experience in Facilities/M&E maintenance.
