As a Network and Security Engineer (Level 3 Support), you will be responsible for providing advanced and in depth technical support and troubleshooting for network and security issues. Position Summary:

The Workload Automation & Scheduling group is responsible for engineering and support of the Workload Automation IT infrastructure for Visa Inc. and VisaNet via Vendor Tools and Homegrown Web Application Utilities. The team is responsible for all technical aspects of design and build for the Workload Automation lifecycle from project initialization, system installation, application test & build and maintenance, operational support to application and system decommissioning. This role is an Advanced SME individual contributor role responsible for identifying and resolving issues of moderate to high complexities to do with Visa’s Workload Automation Scheduling, VFT/MFT. This position is at a professional level and requires strong execution and analytical abilities to diagnose, mitigate and resolute small to highly complex events. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engineer, Design and build new application services from PD within Workload Automation Tools (BMC Control-M & Broadcom ESP)
• Excellent Problem Determination skills to ensure mitigation time is kept to a minimum in meeting SLA and uptime expectations.

Key Accountabilities

• Technical support to Group sales affiliates in the region for product groups such as control products, IAQ products and air conditioning installation material products
• Perform as the technical supporting desk
• Support the installation and commissioning for each job site
• Create demo kits for assigned product for regional promotion
• Support the marketing department to give the technical advice for the sales promotion enhancement
• Analyse and test product failures for better quality achievement
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering, or relevant
• Experience in air-conditioning or electrical industry will be an advantage
• Proactive and influential personality with ability to persuade and drive decisions
• Good to have PC programming and drafting skills
• Willing to travel with APEC regions

• Conduct Geotechnical Analysis, Soil Classification, Data analysis and interpretation of instrumentation works Submit progress/ technical reports and assessment on geotechnical issues on site.
• Responsible for all on-site geotechnical and engineering issues pertaining to site matters.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and attend to clients for queries. To conduct the geotechnical investigation and/or instrumentation projects to meet the schedule and specified requirement
• To prepare and submit factual and/or engineering reports on the respective projects
• Initiate and co-ordinate projects according to schedule.
• Assist engineering analysis and attend the site meeting.
• Any other duties as assigned by the project managers.

Job Requirements

JOB SCOPE:

· Implementation and manage in house IT and/or Project’s IT requirement and implementation, with higher emphasis to Cloud related Infrastructure.

· Setup and maintenance of cloud services (GCC, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc).

· To be involved in Cloud architecture design.

· Review technical design, identify Security Vulnerabilities, and provide necessary recommendation to improve overall Security.

· Prepare and submit Project IT and IT Security documents.

· Prepare and submit of Test & Commissioning documents related to IT Security.

· Oversea or Lead the Testing & Commissioning of IT System and Security Testing.

· Perform IT security hardening and mitigation when applicable.

REQUIREMENT:

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or a related discipline;

• Excellent knowledge on Cloud setup, which includes but not limited to AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

· Good knowledge in IT, IT Security and Network.

• Resourceful and problem-solving aptitude.

• Excellent communication skill.

• Working experience in IT Infrastructure, IT security and Network implementation.

• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, Endpoint Configuration Manager, Group Policy, Virtualization (vmware/hyper-v), networks (LAN, WAN) and patch management.

• Good Knowledge of system security (e.g. Firewall, Intrusion Detection Systems etc) and data backup/recovery.

• Professional certification in IT and IT Security is a plus.

• Proven leadership in managing IT team is a plus.

• Proven experience in Government Computing Cloud is a strong plus point.

• Familiar with terraform would be a strong plus point.
