Job Responsibilities:-

• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Foundation IP to evaluate and qualify IP’s. Able to benchmark and optimize Std cells/IO’s/memory for optimum performance, area or power needs of a project

Optics are critical at KLA and at the core of our tools that are finding defects on wafers and reticles that aren’t visible with the human eye. We do this by using different light sources and nanophotonics to capture images.
