Good communication skill and able to work as a team to support

Possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, preferably in engineering field.

Some years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop close working relationship with customers championing products.

• Identify niche market segments locally, create market awareness, new product positioning and launch, develop and implement effective marketing programs with the timely support to penetrate, expand and accelerate business growth.

• Understand market trends, competitions, local market culture/customer expectations in order to achieve the organizations’ goals.

• Liaise with management and on various matters – develop jointly common marketing goals/strategies, share marketing information, obtain courses information

• Able to communicate well, listen and provide workable solutions to facilitate work, overcome constraints and solve problems.

We provide Underground Utilities Infrastructure construction and maintenance, sewer pipeline rehabilitation, road and airfield construction and maintenance as well as asphalt pre-mix production and construction waste recycling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the project manager with day-to-day project coordination, scheduling, planning, and work implementation.
• Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities to guarantee that the work is executed in compliance with approved drawings, contract specifications, project specifications, timeliness, safety, and work quality standards.
• Advice corrective action when it is required.
• Oversee and communicate the project's progress and specifications with clients, consultants, authorities, and other internal and external stakeholders.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans and conferring with management.
• Identifies project requirements by examining performance criteria and client expectations.
• Oversees the project plan by examining the requirements and schedule, suggesting modifications, and proposing action.
• Assists in achieving team objectives by doing relevant tasks when required.
• ​Coordinate project plans, schedules, and other details with clients.
• Prepare all required documents and reports (such as method statements, risk assessments, proposal objectives, progress reports, monthly reports, etc.) for submission.
• Prepare, verify, and submit monthly progress claims promptly.
• Perform other duties or tasks as assigned by immediate superior or Head of Department.

• Minimum degree in engineering or relevant studies; preferably in Civil Engineering recognized by PE Board or BOA
• Minimum 1 year of experience in constructions or civil engineering
• Candidate with experience in underground utilities especially water pipes will be advantageous
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and in a team

• Preferably possess a valid Class 3 license
