General Overview

This position is part of the site Mechanical team that provides technical/maintenance support to the Operation and Project teams in LNG Terminal. Job Description

Assist the Data Policy Officers (DPOs) in the following activities (non-exhaustive):

· [Data Access] Follow the relevant SOPs and guidelines to process request from officers requesting access to data platforms and databases with the necessary checks and record keeping.

· [Data Access] Collate information and records allowing DPOs to review that access to data platforms and databases are in order.

· [Data Sharing] Follow the relevant SOPs and guidelines to process data request from external agencies by making sure the requests have the necessary information and records for review.

· [Metadata]: Collate information and records necessary for the preparation, development and update of metadata.

This Regional FP&A Analyst is required to support all aspects of the FP&A processes for SEA focused on regional consolidation, financial planning & reporting activities, and analysis, in addition to ad hoc requests as required.
