• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science Engineering in relevant discipline.
• ITIL, MCSE/MCSA certification or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in supporting and implementing IT infrastructure.
• Strong consultancy and interpersonal skills.
• Good technical/engineering/development practice.
• Hands-on system design and/or configuration experience with Microsoft Technologies, VMware, Backup Software and Cloud Technologies.
• Experience in VMware server virtualization and administration.

Responsibilities

- Configuring and maintaining network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and proxies.

- Troubleshooting and resolving network issues and performance problems.

- Tuning network parameters and buffers to improve network throughput and latency.

- Monitoring and analyzing network traffic and security.

- Documenting network architecture and policies.

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in network engineering.

- Strong coding skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Proficient in network protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, and VPN.

- Familiar with network tools such as ping, traceroute, wireshark, and nmap.

- Experience with network tuning and optimization techniques.

Our aim is to become the preferred choice for users seeking to discover and purchase affordable, high-quality products. We provide users with tailored, active, and efficient consumption experiences while enabling merchants to access stable and reliable platform services in various scenarios, such as live e-commerce and short video content e-commerce. Responsibilities:

- Develop efficient, highly scalable, and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce solutions for TikTok Shop.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other disciplines to explore the next generation of shopping experiences on TikTok.

- Be responsible for building an intuitive and reliable shopping experience, including browsing product details, check-out, shopping, return, refund etc.

- Be responsible for TikTok's Shop Tab, building platforms and tools for merchants, clients, and businesses to manage campaigns, deliver the best results, and receive actionable insights.

- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.

- Analyse user needs and develop software solutions, applying principles and techniques of computer science, engineering, and mathematical analysis.

Qualifications:

- Experience with any major JavaScript framework such as ReactJS, AngularJS, VueJS, or equivalent is necessary.

- Experience with any major frontend technologies like Micro Frontends, BFF, Node build systems, asynchronous APIs or equivalent.

- Experience using Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills are essential.

- Having experience in large-scale website architecture would be a great advantage.
