• To assist the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to conduct kick-off, pre-project/project meetings to ensure team members is clear on the objectives, deliverable, Quality, equipment’s Lead-time, Safety and construction requirements.
• Plan and assist the Senior Engineer to monitor the daily progress of activities to achieve on or before schedule, i.e., by comparing the planned vs actual progress status, identify critical activities.
• Preparation of engineering documents, such as inspection form, testing form and progress reports, updating of completion status.
• Together with the project team prepare the statement/work procedures, RA to specify the detailed work step required for the specific task of the job to be done and identify key risk with the associate risk. A risk mitigation strategy is applied with the whole project construction task.
• Calculate and tracking usage of resources, such as materials and tools with report prognosis to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Understand and evaluate the project requirements and project plans particularly, materials, schedule, equipment and labour loading.
• Assist the Senior Engineer/construction superintendent in assigning tasks to work teams.
• To explain the site situation, technical requirements, project specifications, special engineering requirements, coordination procedures, execution approach and activities priorities to the various work teams to seek contributions for further refinement.
• Ensure that various disciplines (including quality and safety personnel) are carrying out each tasks and tests/inspection in accordance with specification and standards as per the contractual requirements.
• Assist in resolving engineering issues at site, coordinating with the respective engineering support units, if necessary report discrepancy (if any) on labour status, equipment, materials etc. to the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager.
• Preparation of project close-out report for the Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager to review before submission to clients.

• Lead the implementation and configuration of cybersecurity solutions such as Identity Management, Next Generation Firewalls, Anti DDoS, SIEM or Cloud Security.
• Collaborate closely with different stakeholders to design and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and workflows based on business requirements.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on the assigned cybersecurity solutions, providing guidance and support to internal team and customer.
• Execute the design, solutioning, deployment, and integration of cybersecurity solutions.
• Conduct troubleshooting and issue resolution related to the Managed Services offered.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose solutions that meet business objectives and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of at least 3 years in a hands-on or presales role.
• Solid understanding of identity and access management principles, security controls, system and networking.
• Proven Experience with other cybersecurity solutions such as SIEM, Firewall, Anti DDoS protection, Microsoft Security solutions, and other IAM solutions are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

· Meet customers and generate enquiries to develop potential spare parts / maintenance contract business, build and develop assigned accounts and relationship, site assessments, etc.

· Hunt for new potential customers, via cold calls, to meet and exceed sales order Intake.

· Promote sales of new pumps / replacements, spare parts (i.e., pump parts and mechanical seals) and maintenance contracts, to new and existing customers.

· Attend promptly to enquiries and understand customers’ needs in order to fulfil their requirements.

· Validate on commercial and technical requirements before generating quotations to customers, with close follow-ups up till quotation status being closed.

· Assist Sales Manager in strategic planning and statics collection for the sales progress.

· Correspond with factories, KSB companies and contractors / dealers for support; in relation with terms of price, technical support / service, and delivery.

· Utilise and update CRM (C4C) database on registered products to installed base and customer visits records.

· Ensure proper handover of purchase order (in terms of technical and commercial with supporting document / costing sheet) to sales admin for order processing.

· Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned by HOD.
