Able to utilize advanced skills to perform complex preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment and grounds. Working under limited supervision, monitors building system operations and performance. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspects building systems including fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure operation of equipment is within design capabilities and achieves environmental conditions prescribed by client.

Oversees and inspects the work performed by outside contractors. Contracted work includes landscaping, snow removal, remodeling, HVAC, plumbers, and cleaning.

Performs assigned repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.

Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.

Maintains an energy management program to ensure measures are taken to operate all systems in the most efficient manner to keep operating costs at a minimum.

Maintains the building lighting system, including element and ballast repairs or replacements.

Performs welding, carpentry, furniture assembly and locksmith tasks as needed.

Responds quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

• Collect, classify, evaluate utilities data and information used in supporting the facilities utilities consumption management and capital program.
• Create reports, charts, graphs and eventual monitoring system for Facilities Services.
• Define, manage and improve on Micron Tools Utility Matrix (TUM) Business Process.
• Drive network alignment among Micron sites in tools utility matrix (TUM) database.
• Drive network alignment across sites in Tools’ process independent utilities database and eventually moving towards alignment for Tools’ process dependent utilities database.
• Work closely with Teams from Global and Site Facilities, Global Planning, Facilities Transfer Team, CPEE & IEs to coordinate and drive facility utilities estimates for new layout, technode scenarios.
• report program status, wins, issues, and actions to program sponsor for broadcasting to global leadership team and stakeholders
• Ensure Roles, Responsibilities and Accountabilities are fully understood by the participated teams

Skills / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• The candidate should possess a BSc or Beng in Engineering from a recognized institute of higher learning.
• Experience in wafer fab facilities systems is highly valued.
• Candidates with experience in facilities operation & construction.
• Minimum 3 years of Facility or Equipment tool Management experience in Semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Demonstrable experience in the Facility or Equipment tool utilities Management and/or other relevant industries is strongly preferred.

- Systems design and selection of equipment instrumentation and controls.

- Reviewing of customers’ specifications requirement and drawings.

- Define specifications and scope of work to contractors.

- Startup, testing, commissioning and troubleshooting of plants.

- Take charge of all aspects of electrical engineering in the design of electrical power distribution system, switchboard, MCC and control. - Responsible for Single Line Drawing, Control Schematic drawings. - Develop engineering capabilities and work with sales team on project proposal and bidding.

- Reviewing of customers' specifications and drawings.

- Execution of projects.

- Preparation of tender activities.

Requirements:

- Recognised degree by PE Board in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering.

- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience, preferably with experiences in FEED of LV/MV switchboards, MCC, MCB, Control Panels etc and in Water & Waste Water industries.

- Knowledge in Instrumentation and Control.

- Able to read & understand single line diagram and generate Bill of Materials from single line diagram.

- Knowledge on control, schematics, motor controls and materials take-off.

- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.

- Knowledge in Mitsubishi / Siemens / Schneider / Omron PLC software would be an added advantage.

- Those with relevant project management, process design, and service & maintenance experience will be an added advantage.
