Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Engagement and Relationship Management:

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering preferred or related technical field, Minimum Diploma in related technical field.

Key Responsibilities

General

• Remote support for internal & external customers to investigate faults, coordination of resolution path and best course of action for remediation.
• Maintain accurate records with timely reporting on service tickets, inventory logs and audit history of hardware and systems/services.
