Responsibilities:

• To carry out routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning systems, fire protection systems, plumbing and sanitary systems in the building.
• Able to do hands on to carry out repair for sanitary and plumbing works, electrical works and building works
• Inspect buildings, equipment’s and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly.
• Diagnose problems in the building to facilitate the prompt repairs for the convenience of tenants, and carry out repairs on minor problems, such as light fixtures, clogged toilets, leakages, peeling wall and furniture and others
• Attend to building and tenants’ defects and breakdowns as requested.
• Possesses electrical knowledge to check and fix the electrical wiring and knows the compliance with regulatory standards to avoid accidents
• Supervise and manage contractors or vendors for preventive & corrective maintenance works
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned whenever required

Requirement:

• NTC / Higher Nitec / Diploma in Building/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Atleast 3 years of relevant working experience in maintaining office buildings / service apartments
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure
• Good team worker with service-orientated mindset

Job Description:

· Performs all duties applicable to the night shift ensuring report, premises check and other are preformed accordingly

· Liaise and communicate with the manager in charge and front desk staff with regards to night check in/out and or any other request of the tenants.

· Read all reservation correspondences prior to the guest arrival.

· Personally welcome’s guest and conduct briefing about the room and the apartment SOP the newly arrived guest

· Responds to guest comments, requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

· Any other duties as assigned by management.

Requirement:

· Excellent customer service skills. Able to communicate with people of different nationalities.

· Able to prepare various management reports & incident reports.

· Able to work on weekend and public holiday (when required)

· Positive attitude and proactive, able to work with the team

· Duty from 10:00pm to 8:00am / 6 days per week

· Applicant with security officer licence or WSQ Certificate in Security Operations will have added advantage.

Transportation Manager plans and supervises shipments, schedules routes, tracks orders, coordinates with warehouse workers, monitors transportation costs, ensures compliance with shipping regulations, and maintains records. They also handle logistics software, conduct safety audits, and organize training sessions for employees. Their role is crucial in managing the transportation aspect of the supply chain and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of goods.

The scope of work of this role will be as follows:

1. Operate the vehicle safely and efficiently to transport passengers to various destinations as assigned by the Operations Team

2. Responsible for maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle: Perform vehicle inspection before and after each trip to ensure that the vehicle is in good working condition

3. Communicate and report all mechanical issues, accidents, and incidents to the Operations Team in a timely manner

4. Adhere to the company’s driver guidelines
