Giggle Hospitality is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the management and deployment of a part-time workforce to partner hotels. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations during major deployments and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to service excellence. Weekend availability is essential to meet operational needs during peak times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Part-Time Workforce:Coordinate and manage a pool of part-time staff for seamless deployment to partner hotels.
Ensure staff are well-briefed, trained, and positioned appropriately for their roles.
Monitor staff performance and provide support to maintain service excellence.
- On-Site Operations:Serve as the main point of contact for partner hotels during deployments.
Conduct on-site visits to oversee operations and address real-time issues.
Troubleshoot and resolve challenges during high-pressure situations.
- Client Engagement and Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with partner hotels, ensuring their satisfaction with Giggle’s part-time staffing solutions.
Actively seek feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
- Deployment Oversight:Oversee large-scale setups and events, working closely with hotel management teams.
Ensure that the right staff are deployed based on client requirements and event needs.
- Weekend Commitment:Be available for on-site visits and operational oversight during peak times (Friday to Sunday).
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field.
- Proven experience in hospitality, preferably in roles involving operations or workforce management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage part-time staff and build client relationships.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, with a focus on weekends.
- Familiarity with Giggle’s platform and services is a plus.
