Manager - Facilities, Operations & Hospitality
The Manager – Facilities, Operations and Hospitality will do the planning, development and management of the facilities/support services and hospitality assets of our client’s HQ building owned by them.
Job Description:
Facilities maintenance matters:
- Manage licenses, renewal, repair and replacement projects;
- Develop and manage contracts for services which are outsourced, against financial performance and outcome targets including but not limited to cleaning, security and parking;
- Ensure timely and prompt responses to all feedbacks and complaints following management towards targets and benchmarks; and
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators facilities maintenance works, and manage performance towards targets and benchmarks; and
- Manage efficient use of resources (i.e., equipment, time, physical assets, supplies, etc.) within the building.
Hospitality matters:
- Establish and develop strategies, goals and action plans for development of hospitality offerings;
- Oversee and administration of event spaces – multi-purposes hall, conferences and activity rooms, catering and F&B assets;
- Manage and enhance guest/public experiences across all touchpoints; and
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Management.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Estate Management preferred;
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience;
- Basic electrical, P&S, BMS, ACMV, building, fire safety knowledge;
- 5.5 days workweek.
