Qualifications and Skills:
• Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• 8+ years in senior marketing roles, with proven success in the hospitality, tourism, or logistics industries.
• Demonstrated expertise in hotel management, investment strategies, and influencer marketing.
• Strong brand management, and product launch experience in China region.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in revenue & forecasting tools like Siteminder, Salesforce Hospitality cloud, STR (Smith Travel Research), Duetto, IDeaS Revenue Solutions, Hotstats.
• Business level Mandarin speaking is required, as the candidate will be required to liaise with Mandarin stakeholders, and counterparts, on daily basis.
• Experience in managing and leading an offshore team of minimum 5 people in China, Taiwan & Hong Kong region.
