Part-Time Assistant (Hospitality industry, Japanese speaking)
Hiring for an Assistant position at a Japanese company with flexible working hours, offering options from part-time (starting from 3 days a week) to full-time, with the possibility of shortened hours based on your preferences.
Job responsibilities:
- Liaise with clients and partners, answer calls and emails in English
- Coordinate booking of group hotels with Japan HQ and clients
- Liaise with Clients and Japan HQ
- Make arrangements for business trips, process expense claims, documentation and liaise with accounting firm
- Ad-hoc duties assigned by company
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 days per week (9:30 - 16:30) or 5 days (shorter hours)
- Able to work with data and numbers on Excel
- Good communication skills and flexible
- Experience working in the hospitality or travel industry is advantageous
- Candidates with Japanese verbal and written communication skills to liaise with Japanese-speaking counterparts at the Japan HQ will be a plus
