- Source and develop new accounts through proactive soliciting business.
- Achieve revenue / sales target set by the management.
- Oversee the Financial Performance of the restaurant profitability.
- Manage and develop current existing accounts and client relationships.
- Develop pricing and sales strategy.
- Provide monthly sales report.
- Convert Sales Leads into sales platforms
- Manage all events to achieve optimum departmental revenue targets set by the management
- Conduct restaurant facility tour
- Promote guest satisfaction and encourage referrals
- Prepare Event Order, Proposal, Confirmation and other agreement
- Assist in conceptualizing event
- Monitor competitors activities/market intelligence
- Sales Driven, A positive, confident and determined approach
- Comprehensive knowledge of market trends
- Capability to flourish in a competitive environment.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A high degree of self- motivation and ambition.
- Display Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a new situation and / take up new challenges.
- Working knowledge of MS office application.
- At least 2 years experience in corporate sales/events management .
- The Skill to work both independently and as a part of a team.
