Duties:

• Responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable operation of the hotel.
• Overseeing key areas within the Front Office such as reception, cashiering, telephone services, reservations, and baggage handling. Supervise junior staff, ensuring they maintain professionalism and contribute to a positive corporate image for guests.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Hotel Management or relevant discipline

We are looking for an individual who provides bell/ concierge service, safety, security and/or fire protection work safeguarding persons and property owned or leased by monitoring and authorizing the entrance and departure of employees, guests, and visitors, patrolling grounds and parking areas for violations, and escorting or transporting individuals to specified locations.

• Assist to guests’ requests, luggage handling.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Minimum high school qualification or equivalent in any field.

• Fluent in security industry standards and methods
• Professional experience in the areas of conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, and threat response
• Proven ability to handle tough situations with tact and discretion and the ability to function at a high level during stressful situations
• Must hold and maintain applicable state guard certifications and licenses

• Be well-versed in all room types, rates, and availability, and up-sell services whenever possible.
• Take ownership of guest issues, addressing complaints promptly and in line with established procedures. Report to a supervisor for further follow-up if needed, and complete glitch reports when necessary.
