Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for Java applications and systems.
• Automate and validate REST API services using tools such as Rest Assured or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Write and execute SQL queries to validate backend data and functionality.

Mandatory Skills:

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development and QA Automation.
• Strong experience with Selenium Automation testing.
• API Automation experience using Rest Assured or similar tools for testing REST APIs.
• Proficiency in SQL for database validation.

Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems and shell scripting

• Ensure compliance of works in accordance to specifications
• Preparation of master programme, method statements and work instructions etc
• Resolve drawing discrepancies and technical issues with client
• Coordinate works with subcontractors/vendors to meet the project schedule
• Assist the SO for preparation of presentation materials as and when required

1. At least three (3) years relevant local experience in building construction and upgrading works
2. A Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE Board or qualifications accepted by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to plan / coordinate site works and resolve drawing details and discrepancies.
• Able to liaise with consultants and subcontractors.
• Able to work independently and as a key member of the Site Management.
• Ability to identify potential and occurring problems that affect the schedule of works at site and recommend solutions to relevant team/department.
• Review Architectural drawings for conflicts with Structural/M&E and liaising with consultants to resolve issues.
• Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality.
• Ensure work safe environment at the work site and manage workers.
• Assist Construction/Project Manager in overseeing the daily construction and site coordination of different activities.
• Responsible for preparing, submission and monitoring of technical drawings, method of statements and shop drawings.
• To monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records & monthly site progress reports.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil/Structural) or equivalent preferably from recognized University accredited with PEB, Singapore.
• Possess a Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Structural / Architecture and/related discipline.
• Experience with private or public residential projects would be advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office/Projects, Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit.
• Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Good attitude, good communications skills and good team player.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conceptualize M&E designs and execute the project with the detailed designs.
• Manage and engage client/consultant/ contractors and local authorities to drive project execution, submission to authorities and overall on-site construction supervision.

What you will need:

· A recognized university degree Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Building Services.

· Minimum 7 years’ of relevant experience in design and implementation of building services.

· Strong team-working, communication and interpersonal skills. Able to build good working relationships with client and key stakeholders.

· Open to opportunities to be trained on a wide range of technical and management topics.

· Entry level will be considered for Engineer positions.
