Job Descriptions

• Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities to ensure that projects are executed in a smooth and effective manner;
• Attends external project kick-off meetings, meetings with consultants as well as technical and co-ordination meetings, daily project meetings and internal project closure meeting;
• Assists Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department;
• Assists Project Manager in carrying out risk assessment and other risk management activities; makes recommendations on risk control measures; communicating risk assessment to all workers;
• Ensures all contractors are safety inducted and issued with Permit before work commencement;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established; to inform project manager or project director of any shortcoming in the SWP or risk control measures implemented;
• Ensures the familiarization with the scope of works;
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Project Manager as appropriate;
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress and other reports;
• Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters; records all defects works and ensure proper documentation;
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner;
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel;
• Assists in cost control by cutting materials wastage, reducing labour cost, usage of tools and equipment, etc;
• Assists the Project Manager in conducting Mass Tool Box meeting with safety personnel;
• Orders materials required for projects;
• Takes photographs on project progress and damage;
• Ensures proper project documentation including email communication;
• Issues work checklists for site supervisor;
• Initials and controls all delivery orders;
• Assists in promoting good team morale and team spirit in the project team;
• Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Manages the Electrical, Instrument and Telecom discipline within construction to make certain product quality and well- timed deliver to commissioning
• Works closely with electrical design team to document project requirements and develop electrical work plan for electrical system and sub-systems construction, testing and commissioning
• Studies electrical drawing related to cable ladder, cable tray, penetration, system layout drawing, single line drawing and interconnection drawing
• Involves in electrical hot work fitting, cable termination, cable continuity check, megger test and Atex inspection
• Creates work package by area or by subsystem
• Plans resources manpower, materials, facilities and P6 scheduling
• Gives direction and assigns job to subordinates for job execution
• Prepares the work condition for subordinate to work eg. Materials, facilities etc
• Monitors progress in meeting the P6 schedule
• Applies Plan, Do, Check, Act methodology for all work activities
• Reports the daily work progress to EPCC
• Coordinates with Vendors, Sub-Contractors and Engineering

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Electrical Engineer/ Marine Engineering or other relevant disciplines
• Entry Level candidates are welcome to apply (On Job Training will be provided)
• Understand construction schedule and analysis of critical path
• Experience in managing Vendors and Sub-Contractors
• Able to handle project independently

Responsibilities:

· Preparing the test environment, designing, and developing the test cases.

· Preparing the test environment, executing the testprocedures.

· Automating the test solution based on the system design using scripting or programming languages as well as performance tuning.

· Create traceability to requirements, analyze gaps and address them.

· Logging and tracking defects to closure

· Conducting test reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

· Perform root cause analysis for production and user acceptance defects, address test gaps to ensure test efficiency.

· Develop design documents and user manuals which would effectively describe and provide clear instructions on the test automation solution to the end users who include testers and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· At least 3 years’ relevant experience in executing testing and developing test automation solutions involving devices (UI-based or embedded) and/or back-office systems with familiarity on the full system development lifecycle from requirement, development, to testing and deployment.

· Good written and verbal communication skills.

· Able to work well both independently as well as in a team.

· Certification in software testing preferred.

· Experience in Micro-payments/Automatic Fare Collection systems using Smart Cards and in diverse test execution phases (System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Performance testing) would be an advantage

• Oversee the setup, upkeep, and management of servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure.
• Design, implement, migrate, troubleshoot, and maintain IT network infrastructure, focusing on backup, security, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
• Analyze and validate network architecture through usability testing, providing recommendations for upgrades.
• Monitor and report on network performance and status to key stakeholders.
• Plan and manage the deployment and maintenance of end-user computing devices.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably in steel and precast building construction.
