• Ensures that all facility equipment is well maintained, no overdue PM and calibration, equipment down time is minimized, equipment utilization is optimized and appropriate safety procedures are carried out.
• Conducts root cause analysis on process and equipment maintenance related issues and ensures that corrective and preventive actions are successfully implemented within the given timeframe.
• Involves in plant assets management, calibration supplier control, calibration and preventive maintenance scheduling, job plans and work order tracking.
• Ensures that all equipment spares and consumable parts are adequate to support manufacturing operations.
• Lead and drives Lean, Six Sigma, Total Productive Maintenance, Business Excellent projects to minimize waste, reduce product defects, cost reductions and equipment maintenance enhancement.

• Ensures that technicians are trained and proficiently supporting manufacturing according to updated SOPs and adhere to GMP, GDP and safety requirements.

Quality Management System

• Min Diploma/ Degree with at least 3 years of experience in similar function

Job Description

• Manage a team of technical supervisors on site to ensure that all site activities comply with the regulations and client's requirements.
• To report to C&S QP, works closely with the regulatory authorities and contractors to provide supervision on site, resolve all site issues and ensure timelycompletion of the projects.
• To be competent in carrying out supervision of structural works by identifying any non-conformity of contractor's works on site. The appointed person must havethe strong ability to interpret the drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.
• Appointed person possesses a complete understanding of local requirements, especially to comply with BCA's criteria for build-ability and safety assurancesystem.
• To carry out regular site checks on Builder and ensure compliance on health and work safety in accordance with MOM.
• To manage the site supervisors with respect to C&S engineering works, architectural and MandE engineering works.
• To attend site, progress, variation and coordination meetings Interpret drawings and contract documents on works to be carried.

Job Requirement

• Recognized Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.
• Accredited with IES/ACES with a valid Resident Engineer Practicing.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience preferably in steel and precast building construction.
• Must be familiar with local Regulations/Codes for Civil and Structural related to building projects.
• Must have experience in condominium project.
• A good team player and experience in leading a team of Resident Technical Officers.
