Job description:

• Overall manage N2 purge related tool installation progress to ensure proper set up, testing and commissioning to customer in semiconductor fabs.
• Communicate with end users closely to ensure all matters related to tools are well taken care.

• Occasional travel is required to support oversea installation projects such as Japan or USA. Training to Taiwan will be provided.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering or similar yield.
• 3-5 years’ work experience in semiconductor fabs taking care of equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshoot work. Candidate with more experience and capability will be considered manager position.
• Experience in field service management with supervisory roles with strong problem-solving skills on tools and leadership skills.
• Maintain high level of personal leadership on safety and quality on work performed as well as documentations.

• Partner with Engineering team and the Vendors to develop and validate network design for infrastructure and services,

• Check and record initial readings on new meters and final readings on old meters, including photographic records
• Service Includes taking records of works in progress/completed, ensuring work procedures and safety measures are carried out as specified, reporting any incident promptly, maintaining close contact with PUB officers, managing and tracking the movement of meters including related fittings, supervision of metering works as directed and in accordance with daily check sheets.
• Carrying out site visit to check on the meter condition, interviewing customers to establish the facts, taking additional meter readings on site for analysis.
