Responsible for organizing and managing project management activities, ensuring that projects are executing smoothly and efficiently against an agreed plan and budget. Handle customer's enquires on the assigned projects and be the primary point of contact between the company and customers. Coordinate the activities of functional departments to support the project.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct cost estimation and feasibility study meeting

- Prepare and submit customer final Product Print and components 2D Prin to Document Control

- Organize and chair Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) Team meeting

- Establish Process Flow, FMEA, Packaging Specification, Control Plan and Production Information (PPI)

- Prepare Project Schedule and PPI after reviewing with customer

- Work with Tooling Engineer to assign tooling project subcontractor and release Purchase Request

- Lead APQP Team in reviewing Design Concept and preparing the design for manufacturability and Assembly (DFMEA)

- Review design with customer

- Establish Error Proofing, Productivity and Yield

- Monitor and tracking closely on all tool-up progress, tool repair/modification and all drawing updates to ensure schedule compliance

- Submit sample and PPAP report to customer and progress tracking

- Update and release PPI and Process Flow Chart upon PPAP approval

- Conduct hand over meeting

REQUIREMENT:

- Degree / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

- Min 3 years experience with basic knowledge in Unigraphics, Solidworks, Molding & Tool making

• Undertake planning, implementation & monitoring of the work schedules according to master schedule and detailed work program
• Liaise with client, sub-contractor, consultant & in-house personnel to ensure smooth execution of project
• Monitor the activities of sub-contractor to ensure compliance with specifications
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers on project implementation issues and attend work meeting, site progress meeting and safety management meeting

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years working experience in oil/gas industry
• Adaptable to fast-paced, long working hours
• Positive work attitude with good initiative and team work spirit, and able to work independently with minimum supervision

Role & Responsibility

• Prepared detailed plans for Project Execution, Testing and Commissioning.
• Execute Commissioning Procedures as per the project documentation.
• Prepare a checklist for on site inspection to track issue status.
• Provide technical troubleshooting and creative solutions for installation challenges including LED display color calibrations.
• Conduct site acceptance test with end users for Project Final Handover.
• Responsible for writing commissioning reports and contributing to writing procedures, O&M manual, handover documents etc.
• Provide field service support when necessary.
• Understand system integration diagrams including media player, video processor for content display, control system etc.
• Review and revise shop drawing and construction drawing.
• Conduct LED installations and commissioning training.
• Support the installation of products and solutions.
• Plan and manager field service activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the LED installation, testing and commissioning and LED color calibration.
• Ability to conduct field training for LED installations and system operations.
• Proficiency using Microsoft , AutoCAD and equivalent software.
• Ability to maintain effective working relationships with supervisor and other departments.
• Strong Analytical skills

Preferred background

• installation and commissioning experience in LED display industry.
• Work experience in LED display company.
• System application designer and capable of AutoCAD drawings
