Our client is from Oil and Gas industry, a local leading player. They are looking for a Senior Process Engineer to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in West.

Duties of Senior Process Engineer:

• Provide technical support for routine and non-routine production activities.
• Develop best practices to improve production safety, reliability, and efficiency.
• Evaluate current production activities and implement continuous process improvements.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment problems to enhance operational reliability and efficiency.
• Measure plant performance, including power consumption index and process availability.
• Undertake energy efficiency and optimization projects as required.
• Manage alarm systems and ensure robust operations.
• Lead Management of Change projects for terminal modifications.
• Participate in safety evaluations, inspections, and emergency response efforts as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering or any relevant field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry or any relevant industry.
• Prior experience in handling process safety in plant design is a bonus.

Summary

• The Senior Engineer, Facilities Management (FM) supports the Head of Department to ensure the Facilities & Biomedical Engineering department functions efficiently and effectively to achieve strategic objectives. The Senior Engineer (FM) is to ensure that renovation projects and infrastructure works, the day-to-day management of facilities, maintenance support services, operational processes and department KPIs are consistently kept to a high standard to support the institution’s operational requirements.

Responsibilities

• Renovation projects, infrastructure improvement works and maintenance of facilities.
• Ensure the timely maintenance replacement of all such stated assets, equipment and fixtures so that assets are sustained and optimized over their cyclical lives with minimal downtimes and costs.
• Interaction with Support Services especially in areas such as facility engineering, security & carpark and housekeeping.
• Prepare technical specification for ITQ/RFP and participate in procurement evaluation as subject matter expert for facilities management and facility development.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Engineering / related fields or equivalent + 4 yrs exp or Diploma in Facilities Management Engineering / related fields or equivalent + 10 yrs exp & demonstrated competency.
