Our client is a renowned global construction leader, renowned for delivering landmark infrastructure projects across transportation, energy, and urban development sectors. To support their expanding operations, they seek an experienced Site Engineer/Senior Site Engineer to drive innovation, foster collaboration, and enhance project delivery.
Your new role
A few of your responsibilities would be;
· Assist the Construction Manager in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
· Monitor daily site progress, identify potential delays, and implement adjustments to keep projects on track.
· Maintain and update project schedules, collecting actual data on progress and manpower allocation.
· Prepare monthly progress reports for internal and external stakeholders.
· Collaborate with project teams to identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
· Resolve site-related technical problems and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.
What you'll need to succeed
· Minimum 8 years of engineering experience with a Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
· At least 3 years of experience in planning, coordinating, and managing construction works/teams on similar projects.
· Prior experience working on construction sites, especially on civil projects.
