Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Proper and timely issuance of the documentation of project including variation orders, extension of times, test procedures, minutes of meetings, purchase orders, operations and maintenance manual including final closing out of projects files inaccordance to the ISO procedure.
• To coordinate necessary manpower and state of system to ensure inspections with relevant authorities and site representatives are a success.
• To provide timely information to the drafting section for the preparation of shop drawings, penetration drawings etc.
• Site coordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site problems.
• To ensure rectification works are in accordance to the specifications of the contract.
• If the need ever arises, you may be assigned any other duties either in the Fire Safety or in any other department from time to time.

Qualifications

• Min. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related industry
• Min. 2 years of working experience in fire protection for the construction industry, with experience with working with LTA
• Computer literate and a good team player
