Job Description

1. Collaborate with the support and development team to solve, deploy, and maintain cloud‐based and on‐prem solutions.
2. Take ownership of hosting or server-side issues; research, diagnose, troubleshoot, identify, and document solutions.
3. Perform server-side application management including upgrades, updates, patches, and smoke testing.
4. Provide support for customer’s infrastructure and products.
5. Execute system management changes, updates to configuration files.
6. Diagnose and resolve problems in high-throughput web applications and network services.
7. Assist in daily operational tasks and perform network, server, and VPN security and maintenance.

Job Requirements

1. Diploma /Degree in Computer Science or related studies.
2. Minimum of 1-year related working experience.
3. Senior roles are available for those with more experience.
4. Experience with Linux environment and excellent knowledge of Linux commands.
5. Strong troubleshooting skills.
6. Experience with Cloud technologies and DevOps is an added advantage.
7. Excellent customer service skills including direct interaction with users, assertiveness, and perseverance to follow issues to closure.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering / Equivalent
2. Experienced in Construction Site
3. Sound knowledge of Engineering,construction, and design.

Create and maintain optimal Database / DWH / Datamart architecture, which may include:

• Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Informatica, SQL and related technologies

• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements.

i) Automating manual processes

ii) Optimizing data delivery

iii) Re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability

• Work with stakeholders to identify business needs and build/maintain Datamart

Participate in project and assist the user PM on the followings:

• To coordinate with IT and stakeholders on the completion of the UAT

• To create test cases/ test script

• To conduct UAT testing and post implementation phase

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT workflows using Spark, SQL, and Python on the Azure Databricks platform.

• Build and optimize data pipelines on the ADA platform to support advanced analytics and business intelligence.

• Import and process metadata and data from multiple sources (e.g., S3 buckets) to support reporting and analytics.

• Implement data quality checks, data validation, and ensure accuracy in processed data.

• Hands-on experience in cloud services (Microsoft Azure) and data warehousing.

• Proven experience in predictive modelling, analytics, and creating dashboards for KPI tracking.
