Roles & Responsibilities:-

· Planning the detail construction methods, sequences, and procedures, and in liaison with the subcontractors under the direction and instruction of the Construction Manager.

· Directing the field construction works with strict control, especially on works activities that been identified to be hazardous and of high risky and ensuring their compliances of safe work practice.

· Ensuring all the works to conform to the Specifications, Works sequence and methods of construction.

· Identifying nonconformities and reporting them to the Construction Manager and Quality Management Representative.

· Supervising the field construction works including safety arrangements.

· Coordinate with Site Engineers of the subcontractors’ works.

· Carrying out or attending inspections and monitoring the progress of the works.

· Handling Engineering matters including work procedures and shop drawings.

· Managing the subcontractors and workers.

· Implementing the Quality System in the field construction works.

· Produce working schedules of short terms and keep records of the works.

· Ensuring that work schedules are followed and achieve milestones dates.

· Reporting to the Construction Manager if any changes and conflicts are ordered or found in the construction.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:-

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience after obtaining a Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the PE board, or other qualification acceptable to the Commissioner of Building Control as eligible for application as a Resident Engineer or Degree in the relevant field subject to the acceptance by the Engineer and minimum 5 years of experience in the construction supervision of major underground structures of a similar nature.

Assists the PM to oversee the construction activities, progress, planning, implementing, and monitoring of work schedules in accordance with the master and detailed work programme

Core Responsibilities

1. Attend site meetings and inspection

2. Preparation of documentation including project status report, method of statement and work procedure for the project.

3. Planning, executing, monitoring and control of the project.

4. Liaising and coordinating with all parties such as clients, consultants, consultants’ representatives, site supervisors, and sub-contractors

5. Handing of technical and engineering problems

6. Supervise ongoing site activities closely

7. Ensuring that the quality control of the project is met

8. Ensure that all the construction safety rules and regulations are being observed

9. Prepare necessary work and safety permits, submission documents and drawings once work are completed.

10. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Specifications

1. Degree in Engineering or related disciplines

2. Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawings

3. Good communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills

4. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Designing: Creating new ways to use electrical power to improve or develop products, such as software, electronic components, and systems
• Analyzing: Analyzing the capacity, cost, project needs, and electrical system requirements to develop a system plan
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshooting electrical assemblies
• Supporting: Supporting the development of systems from manufacturing to concept

Responsibilities and Requirements"

• Bachelor degree with minimum 2 years of hands-on DevOps Engineering
• Configure, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines to streamline change and release management processes, ensuring efficient and reliable software delivery
• Maintain and integrate tools for configuration management, build automation, continuous integration/deployment, monitoring, reporting, and alerting
• Implement and operate monitoring and alerting tools to ensure system reliability and availability
• Develop and maintain automation scripts for tasks such as server configuration, CI/CD workflows, and infrastructure provisioning
• Hands-on experience with AWS services, including deployment and management of cloud infrastructure
• Proficiency in containerization technologies, particularly Docker and Kubernetes, with practical experience in production deployments. Hands-on experience with Openshift is an advantage
• Expertise in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation) for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure]
• Strong understanding of Linux server administration, with scripting proficiency in Bash
• Solid knowledge of virtualization and networking concepts, including firewalls, DNS, and load balancers
• Familiarity with GitOps tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Flux) for automating infrastructure and application deployments
• Enhance developer productivity by maintaining efficient and developer-friendly CI/CD workflows, and optimizing build times
• Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/Opensearch/Elasticsearch
• Understanding of highly scalable distributed systems and system architecture principle
• Breadth of knowledge across operating systems, cloud computing, and distributed computing domains
• Good to have Software Engineering or System Administration

Responsibilities:

• Electrical and Mechanical Design for IoT sensor systems.
• Provide technical support and design for site installation of IoT systems.
• Support Project Manager in technical reviews and discussions with customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage work plan and budget.
• Prepare project documents and reports for submission.
• Ensure cost-effective execution of deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, schedule, and safety requirements.
• Manage site installation and commissioning works.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3-5 years’ experience in engineering projects.
• Experience in System Integration, Automation, Electrical or Mechanical environments will be preferred.
• Candidates with experience in working with water supply and distribution systems will have an advantage.
• Able to multi-task and work under tight schedules.
• Strong project and people management skills.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
