Job Description:

• Operate, manage, and maintain VMWare ESX and HCI technologies

• Manage cloud infrastructure with AWS services, such as EC2 and S3.
• Contribute to the development of blockchain-based applications using the Elixir-Phoenix framework.
• Continuously research and apply best practices in blockchain development.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in blockchain technology development.
• Proficiency in Ethereum and Stellar blockchain platforms.
• Strong experience in writing and deploying Ethereum Smart Contracts.
• Hands-on experience with React-Redux, Node.js, and Python.
• Familiarity with cloud services, particularly AWS (EC2, S3).
• Experience with Elixir-Phoenix framework is a plus.

• Ensure that good safety and high quality of work are being carried out by the Contractor in compliance with the statutory requirements
• To provide wherever and whenever necessary standing supervision for the construction of civil and structural works in accordance with the Project specifications, construction drawings, and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• To assist SRE in the management and control of a team of site staff or Resident Technical Officer(s)
• To assist SRE in administrative control of the site staff, instill and maintain discipline, punctuality, and keep daily records of staff attendance, and other matters concerning the site staff's administrative matters.
• To oversee all aspects relating to the construction of the Project, keeping and submitting records.
• To provide full support and assistance, as and when directed by the SRE or client
• To check and assess temporary works by the Contractor to ensure that the works are safe and in compliance with all relevant Regulations.
• To ensure that Contractor’s working procedure complies with the agreed method statement and relevant workplace safety and health regulations and to direct modification to the procedure, if necessary, to comply with the agreed method and safety and health regulations.
• Any other Adhoc tasks are given by management

Requirements:

• Min 8 years of civil engineering experience
• 3 years of experience in Major Construction work and shall possess supervision experience in large span project (e.g auditorium or roof structures with span more than 40m span)
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by PEB
• Accredited as a RE with IES
• Able to perform shift work.

This role will initially support the TopSKY-ATC (HE) product.

ROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Senior Systems Engineer will engage with key stakeholders, including; solution architects, speciality engineers (Safety, Security, HF), ILS and ATM subject matter experts to prepare and deliver requirement and design changes with reference to a defined system functional baseline to satisfy customer needs and project/bid cost targets.

KEY ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sr. Systems Engineer, you are accountable for:

· Design, develop and document solutions to meet customer requirements, whilst ensuring the integrity of the System functional baseline and architecture

· Define solutions that deliver the best trade-off between requirements, cost, schedule and risk, which meet our customer’s needs

· Ensure the transversal constraints related to the function are considered (Safety, Human Factor, Performance, Security)

· Proactively participate in the technical reviews, including internal and with the Customer

· Proactively participate in technical working groups both internally and externally to define technical solution

• Proactively participate in PI planning and backlog refinement including contributing to the effort estimation

· Prepare Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Problem Change Requests (PCRs)

· Develop and manage traceability of requirements using DOORS, including the Functional, Allocated and Product baselines.

· Perform peer reviews of engineering documentation written by other team members

· Support your Squad members (software, integration and verification)

· Support the Product Owner (PO) and Scrum Master (SM)

o Make recommendations on strategies to improve performance or productivity

o Identify risks, and proposing effective solution early and executing mitigation actions

o Provide input into the planning and coordination of program integration activities

· Promote knowledge sharing ensuring that work is captured sufficiently for re-use across projects

· Provide technical oversight to the Squads within the broader team, ensuring that the designed solution is implemented as per the design and in accordance to the schedule and cost and quality constraints.

· Define and report on KPIs for the function

• Work in accordance with the defined Thales processes and practices, and contribute to their improvement.

KEY KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline

· Postgraduate studies in Systems Engineering (Desirable)

Essential Experience

· Proven experience in Systems Engineering (5+ years) including; Requirements, Design, Integration and Verification and Validation

· Experience with Systems Engineering Standards eg. ISO/IEC15288

· Proven experience in the ATM Domain and related standards eg. ICAO, Eurocontrol

· Proven experience in the development of products and projects in a variety of methodologies, with a particular focus on iterative/agile development

· Experience with Safety, Security and Human Factors standards and practices

· Demonstrated ability to achieve effective outcomes in a multidiscipline, multi-culture environment

· Coaching and sharing of his/her know-how

• Capability to manage various stakeholders having different objectives

· A positive attitude combined with excellent interpersonal and motivational skills.

· Comfort in facing and managing complexity

· Sound judgement and independent decision-making capability where necessary

· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Desirable:

· Experience in System Engineering tools eg. DOORs, Polarian, Jira

· Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering and tools eg. Capella, Enterprise Architect

· Experience in working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
