PO Management

• To create Purchase Requisition / Purchase Orders OPEX and CAPEX over the whole PCD TR APAC scope: through MyRequest for LFCS, Hainan Esker for Hainan entity and Macau Esker for our Macau Four Season Boutique concept.
• To make sure the internal validation rules are well applied before PO creation.
• To make sure the PO amounts are aligned with the latest commitments (VM expenses file, CAPEX file) else apply the proper internal validation.
• To validate invoice via Webcycle for the PR/PO created in SAP.
• To perform MIGO / PO reception over the PO scope mentioned above.
• To analyze PO with discrepancies, follow up on outstanding PO and follow the yearly PO closing cycles.

Recharge management

The Data Analyst (PowerBI)position is a part of the Global IT Department, which is directly overseen by the Group’s CIO. Job Responsibilities:

· Respond to user requests to modify our existing PowerBI resources (~10 workspaces, ~30 semantic models, ~100 dashboards); create new PowerBI resources when necessary

· Respond to other user requests outside of PowerBI by using SQL queries to directly interact with our data warehouse

· Regularly audit data quality and security on both our PowerBI and data warehouse environments (Azure stack)

Portfolio Management Support/Investment Research

• Support the investment manager in the day-to-day management of investment products which includes cash flow projection, cash management and monitoring of corporate actions

• Trade and FX order booking on Bloomberg and reconciliation of portfolio trades and cash flow between Bloomberg data and broker statements
