Responsibilities:

• Preparation/ review of MAS reporting, reconciliation, GST return, Head Office financial, management information and treasury reporting.
• Oversee account payable and receivable, including payment to vendors and cost allocation.
• Review balance sheet reconciliation and substantiation
• Support the implementation of projects and system tests
• Perform ad-hoc assignments assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Possess Degree in Accounting /ACCA with minimum 8years Finance experience in Banks.
• Good MAS reporting knowledge
• Proficient in MS office, Word, and Excel

With increasing projects and initiatives, they are seeking for an engaging, proactive, and highly motivated talent to join their newly created IT Business Analyst opportunity, to partner alongside a winning and close-knitted team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn about blockchain, digital solutions and capital markets. They are looking for someone with a good understanding of a typical Software Development Lifecycle, able to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders in information gathering and has the ability to translate efficiently to the technical team.

The Role

This role encompasses facilitating requirements and specification gathering between external clients, internal stakeholders, and the IT Architecture and Engineering teams. You will ensure effective communication between the parties and translating requirements into clear and concise specifications to guide software development. The IT Business Analyst will also work with the UI/UX Designer to assess user design and usage requirements, and with their Project Manager to ensure project tracking and delivery timelines.

Your Profile

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT or a related field with 1-3 years of related work experience with an understanding of typical Software Development Lifecycle. Experience working in the banking/ financial services sector, partnering with development teams, UI/UX designers, end-to-end from conceptualization to production are ideal to have. Solid written and oral communication skills, especially the ability to document and explain specifications clearly and capacity to exert influence over both internal and external stakeholders are valuable to succeed in this role.
