• Liaise between Financial Control, FP&A and functional departments to:
  • address data completeness across systems
  • reconcile project expenses to GL and related variance analysis
  • initiate payments and invoicing for ad hoc transactions to support project managers while they train on new financial systems
• Manually monitor project accruals and budget utilization to verify accuracy of new systems
• Ad hoc financial or systems-related tasks as directed by Head of FP&A

Job Requirements

• 3-4 years of FP&A experience
• Familiar with EPM system will be advantageous

The Finance Manager (“FM”) is responsible for financial accounting, audit, and tax matters for the Group. The FM reports to the CFO and has the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives alongside with the CFO. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

· Manages and leads a team of highly motivated individuals;

· Responsible for financial management, tax, audit and treasury;

· Oversees the full set accounting process, including monthly journal entries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and financial closing activities;

· Involves in budgeting and tracking, reporting, and analysing budget variances;

· Monitors performance through financial analysis and provide insights for management’s review and decision-making;

· Reviews work processes/procedures and recommend changes for improvement;

· Works directly with the CFO to drive strategic initiatives and special projects (M&A and JV), offering career progression opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Job requirements include:

• ISCA registered and/or CPA certification is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Excellent organisation and communication skills

Jobs Responsibilities

• Perform customer due diligence activities including clearing of screening matches and carrying out enhanced due diligence on high risk customers in accordance to the target turnaround time.
• Perform peer quality check/review on activities carried out by other analysts as and when required by the supervisors.
• Ensure proper documentation of work performed and retention of such documentation.
• Liaise with various business and functional units for information gathering to ensure customer due diligence activities are completed properly and accurately.
• Escalate positive matches of high risk customers and other key AML/CFT issues to the supervisors.
