Responsibilities:

• Utilize cloud monitoring tools and dashboards to oversee the performance, availability, and health of cloud-based systems and services.
• Implement and customize monitoring solutions to ensure optimal visibility into cloud resources.
• Respond promptly to alerts generated by cloud monitoring tools, investigating and resolving incidents affecting cloud-based applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cloud service providers to address and resolve platform-specific issues.
• Develop and implement automation scripts to streamline routine tasks, enhance efficiency, and support the scalability of cloud infrastructure.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
• Ensure cloud environments adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Participate in security incident response and contribute to the ongoing improvement of cloud security measures.
• Maintain accurate documentation of cloud configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Update documentation to reflect changes in cloud-based services.
• Work closely with DevOps and development teams to understand application requirements and optimize cloud infrastructure to meet performance expectations.
• Monitor and analyze cloud resource usage to identify opportunities for cost optimization.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Basic experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficient in using cloud-native monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Strong scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automating cloud management tasks.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and tools.
• Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external cloud service providers.
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in cloud services, technologies, and industry best practices.
• Relevant cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect may be advantageous.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analyses including management and financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and overall control
• Lead and manage continuous improvement projects for finance department excellence
• Work along General Manager on monthly review of entities financial performance, follow up on queries and ensure closure of action items
• Work closely with Director to achieve financial KPIs
• Review projects profitability and submit monthly reports to management, explaining delta costs and margin achievements against forecasts
• Credit review and release for new customers, release of sales orders and variation orders in SAP
• Cash flow management, including cash flow forecast and the review of foreign exchange hedging requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified accountant with at least 5 years post qualifying experience
• Good experience and knowledge in SAP systems
• Prior experience in Commercial FP&A or business partnering
• Self-motivated, dynamic and result oriented individual
• Ability to work independently and produce accurate works within tight deadlines

1. Conduct complete category analysis and deep dive on their performance by analysing category data to derive consumer trends , opportunistic upsides and areas for continous improvement.

2. Based on data driven conclusions provide insights and recommend actions to take.

3. Evaluate promotion data results and its effectiveness to derive decisions to support better future promotion activitis

4.Present sales data and trends and insights in weekly sales meetings to stakeholders.

5. Expert users in MS Xcel , MS office and other Generative AI tools in the marketplace for effective communication of sales data.

Accounting & Reporting (30%):

• Supporting the day to day general ledger accounting and reconciliation, financial reporting and analysis – Using QuickBooks (or Xero)
• Support in all monthly, quarterly and annual close activities which include analyzing accounts, journal entries (and/or amending them), performing account reconciliations, and preparing reports and financial documents
• GST-Filing: Collate all the necessary documentation and reports, ensure approval by Company Directors and submit to Head of Finance

Finance (40%):

• Organise the planning and forecasting process to build a complete picture of our P&L
• Develop dashboards and projectors using QuickBooks
• Provide support on costings for project proposals to clients
• Handle company payments as required, including creators involved in Crowdsourcing
• Invoice and accounts payable: Issue invoices to clients as per project schedule. Ensure on time payment from clients. Ensure payment on time to suppliers, as per our commitments and cash flow position
• Track time sheets of whole team to analyse/report profitability on a project by project basis

Overall Team Support (30%):

• Prepare Director’s claim on monthly basis
• Record and keep track of employees’ leave benefits
• Ensure time sheets are submitted on weekly basis
• Provide support with Expenses for the team
• Administrative support (travel, venues materials, external participants etc)
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties as required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Demonstration of key finance competencies and qualifications, ideally with 2 or more years of experience
• Strong FP&A and controllership background
• As the Finance Spark, one needs to be a self-starter and proactive person
