As a Finance Executive, you are responsible for performing end-to-end functions such as billing, payment collection, invoice, bank, fixed asset, and reporting. Be expected to work closely with various internal stakeholders to assist in both internal and external financial reporting and data analysis.

As a HR and Admin Executive, you are responsible for performing a variety of administrative and HR-related tasks and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. You will handle the full spectrum of company HR functions and oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies. This role involves coordinating administrative staff, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and providing support to senior management. Responsibilities

· Perform end-to-end accounts functions including but not limited to checking and validation, billing, payment, collection and reporting

GENERAL OVERVIEW

As a key member of the LNG Market and Business Solutions Team, the incumbent will be required to work on commercial activities to support the growth of LNG Bunkering services. This involves managing existing contracts with the customers of the terminal, as well as planning, leading and executing investment / project evaluation, project structuring, financial modelling and funding requirements leading to fruition new infrastructure projects.

• Proven working knowledge of HPC system and software.
• Experience with HPC development toolchain and scientific application software stack (GCC, oneAPI, AOCC, AOCL, MPI, CUDA, HDF5, NetCDF, MKL, and FFTW) for building HPC software is essential, knowledge in using Spack or EasyBuild is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in C, C++, and Python, familiar with Fortran programming is a plus.
• Good knowledge and experience in HPC performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with HPC job schedulers (PBS or SLURM), OpenMP & MPI, and container technologies (Docker or Singularity).
• Familiar with scripting languages, Linux and HPC profiler & debugger tools e.g. AWK, Bash, Perl, Conda, GDB, Git and IPM.
• Familiar with HPC storage e.g. GPFS and Lustre.
• Demonstrated good team play spirit and high-level problem solving skills.
• Demonstrated effective communication skill including the ability to articulate technical concepts to a diverse range of clients.
• Demonstrated ability & willingness to contribute novel ideas and approaches in support of research community.
• To be considered for a senior position, the candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar position and environment.
• Familiar with AI software stack (PyTorch and Tensorflow) and programming is a plus.
• Familiar with database technology (MySQL, Cassandra, etcd, MongoDB and Redis) and programming is a plus.
• Good knowledge and experience in HPC analysis and data analytics is a plus.

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist Group Financial Controller in managing Finance Department
• Review and submit quarterly GST submissions and prepare monthly consolidation, variance analysis for the Group and its subsidiaries accounts
• Review and ensure all month-end closing reports are submitted on a timely manner and ensure all intercompany balances are properly reconciled
• Review and ensure monthly management report are in accordance to FRS and accounting policies
• Develop and implement HQ corporate policies, financial and accounting policies, procedures and reporting requirements for the Group and make recommendations for improvements;
• Prepare management reports for Board of Directors;
• Liaise with internal/ external auditors and tax agents for statutory compliances on annual audits and tax returns, including preparation of audit schedules, draft and review statutory accounts;
• Ensure compliance with other legislative requirements;
• Assist in the management and maintenance of robust internal control processes;
• Management of cash flow and assist in the preparation of cash flow projection;
• Preparation of operational budgets and financial forecasts;
• Supporting the due diligence process of target assets;
• Liaise with all professional advisors and providing required financial information for the purpose for the Group seeking an IPO listing;
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Group Financial Controller

Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power Point)
• Ability to lead and supervise a team
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
