We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst – Wealth Management, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the Wealth Management domain, particularly in designing and managing workflows and user interfaces for client and financial intermediary (FIM) onboarding, maintenance, self-service updates, leads and prospect management, offboarding, reviews, and investigations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Workflows and User Interfaces:
  • Design and implement efficient onboarding workflows and user interfaces for clients and financial intermediaries.
  • Ensure seamless integration of onboarding processes with existing systems.
• Maintenance Workflows and User Interfaces:
  • Develop and maintain workflows and user interfaces for updating and managing client and FIM profiles.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Client and FIM Self-Service Updates:
  • Create user-friendly self-service interfaces for clients and FIMs to update their information.
  • Implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
• Leads and Prospect Management:
  • Design workflows and interfaces for managing leads and prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion processes.
• Offboarding Management:
  • Develop workflows and user interfaces for the offboarding of clients and FIMs.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during the offboarding process.
• Review Workflows and User Interfaces:
  • Implement workflows and interfaces for periodic reviews of client and FIM profiles.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reviews to maintain up-to-date information.
• Investigation Workflows and User Interfaces:
  • Design and manage workflows and interfaces for investigating client and FIM issues.
  • Collaborate with compliance and risk management teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in the Wealth Management domain.
• Proven experience in designing and managing workflows and user interfaces.
• Strong understanding of client and FIM onboarding, maintenance, self-service updates, leads and prospect management, offboarding, reviews, and investigations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with workflow automation tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the Wealth Management domain.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
