Responsibilities

On-Going Support:

· Establish good working relationship with Freight accounts and understand thoroughly their needs and issues.

· Closely work with RHO team on problem resolutions.

· Solicit feedback from customers and communicate to the management and RHO for through resolution.

· Constantly look for and recommend process/system improvements to customers.

· Attend to daily support issues and work on problem resolution in a timely manner.

Projects:

· Manage projects as assigned from time to time.

· Participate in the testing, training, implementation, and post implementation support of the projects.

· Establish working relationship with all stake holders and understand thoroughly the issues and needs related to the project.

· Implement solutions as assigned in a timely and quality manner.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

· 5-7 years’ experience with at least 3 years hands-on experience as an application supports.

· Good knowledge in freight forwarding and shipping.

· Good programming knowledge in any programming language.

· Basic working knowledge of Unix platform and PowerBuilder is an added advantage.

· Excellent working knowledge of Applications and account management skills.

· Business Operation knowledge is required.

· Able to communicate ideas effectively.

· Able to work under pressure and must be results-oriented.

· Analytical and meticulous in their work.

· Able to multi-task. Being a keen learner is important.

• Requirements Analysis & Elicitation – Preparing Business requirements document.
• Experienced in high volumes of functional user stories authoring
• Responsible to identify and define detailed functional specifications based on the business requirements document or user stories.

• Involved in compliance topics;
• Involved in month end reporting process;
• Involved in the year end stocktake process;
• Other ad hoc assignment.
